Marketing Over The Moon provides marketing services including, but not limited to, web design and development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, content and blogging, offline/traditional advertising, and lead generation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
Pricing shown or discussed is tailored to each client’s needs. A quote is an estimate based on the information provided and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.
We work hard to deliver strong results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your industry. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue. In particular, SEO is a long-term strategy and typically takes several months to show meaningful results.
Payment terms will be specified in your agreement. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services. Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to use general methods, know-how, and non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing. Third-party tools, fonts, stock assets, and software remain subject to their own licenses.
Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Google, social networks, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Over The Moon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already performed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
